Your dog’s check in day is counted as the first day regardless of morning or evening check in time. Pets picked up by 10:30 am are not charged for that day. Pets picked up during the evening hours will be charged $30 per dog for doggie daycare.
If you need an exception on your pick up or drop off time it must be scheduled and approved at booking. There will be a $25 charge for exceptions. We have set times because it is stressful for the dogs during drop off and pickup and we try to keep our environment as stress-free and calm as possible.
We provide Kuranda cots, toys, bowls, and treats for all our guests, so all you need to bring is your dog and food.
Please pre-package each meal in zip-loc baggies unless staying over 7 days.
You are more than welcome to bring anything that will make your pet feel more at home. We also have Himalayn Yak Snacks, Peanut Butter Filled Cow Hoof, and Frozen Woof Treats you can add on for an additional charge as a special treat to pamper them during their stay.
You may bring blankets, bed, toys, and treats but please note they will not be washed here and we are not responsible for any lost toys or destroyed beds.
Most definitely! This is a vacation for them and there’s nothing more fun than playing! We have 4 play yards to separate dogs depending on their size and temperament. If your dog does not play well in a group setting you can choose an add-on such as one-on-one play time with the ball and toys, cuddle time, or a 1⁄2 mile walk in the forest around the pond.
Yes, under certain circumstances. The intact male must not be aggressive. The female must not currently be in heat. There is an additional daily charge of $15 a day for an intact male over 6 months of age. This charge allows him 2 individual play times a day.
All food must be individually packed in ziplock bags per meal. If your stay is longer than 7 days you can bring your food and scoop in a plastic container. We highly recommend you bring your dog’s own food so that we do not upset their stomach with a sudden change in diet. There is an additional $5.00 charge per meal for our premium house food.
We feed twice a day and will administer 2 medications, supplements, or injections per day, at no additional charge. If more than 2 items per day there is a $5/day TLC charge.
Food bowls and water buckets are provided.
There is a discount for an additional dog from the same household in the same kennel. The discount is $10 for the deluxe suite and $20 for the luxury suite per day.
We give a 10% discount to military, first responders, and teachers.
We do not accept German Shepherds or Pit Bull Terriers or mixes that look like pit bulls. We do not accept any dogs that have previously bitten anyone or are overly aggressive to other dogs.
